I’m passionate about making the conveyancing process feel clear, calm, and supportive. Cutting through legal jargon and explaining things in a straightforward, personal way. It’s a privilege to guide clients through their property journey and to be trusted with such an important milestone.

My name is Natalie, and I am a licensed conveyancer with more than 20 years of experience in the legal and property industry, helping people through one of life’s biggest moments — buying or selling a property.

As a local business, supporting our community is important to me. That’s why New Chapter Conveyancing supports a local charity each year. A portion of my professional fee from every completed settlement is set aside and donated to our chosen charity at the end of the year.

So, when you start your new chapter with us, you’re also helping support someone else’s.

My Story

After successfully running my previous business, Port Conveyancing, for 15 years, I chose to step away from business ownership to focus on my family — while continuing to work within the legal and property industry including the banking sector and as office manager of a Newcastle law firm.

Now that my children are grown and my parents are lovingly remembered, I’m ready to begin my own new chapter with the re-launch of my conveyancing business.

That’s how New Chapter Conveyancing was born — a business built on experience, compassion, and community, where professionalism and genuine care go hand in hand.

For me, it’s not just about transactions. It’s about people, trust, and creating a calm, transparent experience from start to finish.
